The Heart Research Centre's research staff attend and present at relevant national and international conferences. There are several benefits to conference attendance. First, conferences represent an important forum for the dissemination of findings of research studies undertaken by the Centre, and an important opportunity for showcasing our work on the national and international stage. Second, conference attendance provides an opportunity for our researchers to keep up-to-date with the latest in research findings from other national and international research bodies. Finally, conferences provide the ideal forum for networking with other researchers, and establishing national and international partnerships and collaborations. Working collaboratively with other researchers in the field enables the pooling of knowledge and expertise, thereby enhancing the relevance of our research studies.
