These courses are suitable for practice nurses, physiotherapists,
nurses, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, Aboriginal health
workers and allied health professionals who
- have an interest in the management of patients with chronic disease
- are experienced practitioners or new to the field
- plan to offer a multidisciplinary approach to health care
